Step 2: Due Diligence
Qualified applicants will be invited to a call and must provide sales metrics to confirm revenue history.

Step 3: Marketing Services Begin
Once due diligence is complete and the agreement is signed, marketing services will begin.

What is The Amplify Project by Vox Pop Branding?

The Amplify Project is a revenue-share-based marketing program designed for small businesses and growth-stage founders.

Vox Pop Branding provides marketing strategy and implementation upfront. Instead of paying large retainers, selected founders agree to share a percentage of revenue growth for a predetermined term.

This is not free marketing. It is a performance-aligned partnership.

Is this free marketing?

No. The Amplify Project is not free marketing.

It is a revenue-share marketing model. Vox Pop Branding covers the cost of marketing implementation upfront and is compensated through a percentage of revenue growth during a set term. When the business grows, Vox Pop Branding shares in that growth.


Does Vox Pop Branding take equity in my company?

No. The Amplify Project does not require equity.

Vox Pop Branding does not take ownership in your business. Compensation is structured as revenue-share for a predetermined time period. Once the agreement term ends, the revenue share ends. This is a nondilutive way for us to help startups grow.

What costs does Vox Pop Branding cover?

Vox Pop Branding covers:

• Marketing strategy

• Marketing implementation labor

• Creative direction

• Campaign execution support

We do not cover external expenses such as:

• Paid advertising spend to platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

• Event activation costs

• Venue fees

• Photography or video production expenses

• Printing or physical production costs

Founders are responsible for third-party hard costs. However, founders may receive access to exclusive discounts and other benefits from Vox Pop Branding partners.

Who is eligible to apply?

The Amplify project is designed for:

• Small businesses with existing revenue

• Founders ready to scale

• Businesses with validated products or services

• Entrepreneurs committed to execution

We prioritize businesses where we believe our strategy, network, and relationships can meaningfully accelerate growth.

Is everyone who qualifies guaranteed to be selected?

No. Qualification does not guarantee selection.

We select founders based on:

• Growth readiness
• Market opportunity
• Alignment with our expertise
• Ability to execute
• Where our network and relationships can accelerate results

The goal is not volume. The goal is measurable growth.

How does the revenue-share model work?

Revenue share is calculated based on incremental revenue growth over a predetermined term.

Details are discussed during the finalist stage and documented in a formal agreement.

The model aligns incentives:

When your business grows, Vox Pop Branding grows. If it does not grow, compensation reflects that outcome and our services provided through The Amplify Project are free.

How long does the project last?

Each Amplify engagement runs for a predetermined term agreed upon before launch.

The revenue-share compensation applies only during that term. This is not a lifetime agreement.

What types of businesses are the best fit?

The best fit businesses typically:

• Have product-market fit

• Have traction but limited marketing resources

• Are ready to scale revenue

• Are coachable and execution-driven

Service businesses, product brands, and community-driven companies may qualify.

When do applications close?

Applications close March 15th, 2026.

Selected finalists will be contacted directly.

When will services begin for the selected founder(s)?

Services will begin immediately following selection and onboarding. Supporters who backed the campaign will receive updates as the founder progresses. All selected founders will be notified by April 15th, 2026.

Can I support The Amplify Project if I am not applying?

Yes. You can contribute to future founder raises or sponsor a founder directly.
